What is included in the standard clean?
All rooms, floors, doors, skirting boards and accessible surfaces; safely accessible windows; ovens, fridges and freezers inside and out; cupboards and drawers inside and out; kitchens, bathrooms, mirrors and accessible fixtures and fittings. Professional cleaning products and equipment are included.
Is oven cleaning included?
Yes. Full oven cleaning, inside and out, is included in our standard service, along with fridge and freezer cleaning.

How is the price calculated?
Properties between 30 and 50 m² inclusive cost £149. Above 50 m², the price is £2.99 multiplied by the full internal floor area. Properties below 30 m² need a tailored quote. Chargeable extras and any applicable VAT are confirmed before booking.
Are extra bathrooms charged separately?
The first bathroom is included. Each additional bathroom costs £19.

Exterior windows are cleaned only where safe access is possible using appropriate methods and equipment. Unsafe or specialist-access windows are excluded from the standard package.
Can estate agents arrange cleaning?
Yes. We welcome enquiries from estate agents, letting agents, landlords and property professionals. Referral commission arrangements are available by agreement.
